KT = Knowledge transfer. WHen working on projects its likely that you won't be knowing the functionality of another module. So we have these sessions so that we can understand the functionality of the module. KT sessions are common if you joined a new project, or if a key member of the project is leaving the company, or in my case someone going on-site so that over there the person shouldn't be having too many problems.
