I was there with her at Delhi International airport. She was flying with Austrian Air. They refused to accept her baggage which was overweight and they made her unpack the bag, remove around 10 KGs and then they accepted. Fortunately, an Indian who is a Swiss now came to her help and spoke the Indian Head of Austrian Air who agreed to allow her to without any further troubles, though she had to give away many food items to the trolley guys there. Then at Ukraine Airport, they asked her why she was in Ukraine. She said she is on a Project belonging to a big bank in Ukraine. She had two years visa. Then the customs guys told she might be a prostitute and held her for half an hour. None of the people there spoke English. My girlfriend did not know Russian. Her passport was taken away. She was allowed to call her colleague who was outside the Ukraine airport but that person was not allowed to come in. Finally they let her go.
